a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Naumburg in 1580. He studied at Leipsic and Wittenberg, was in 1605 con-rector at Zeitz, in 1608 rector, in 1612 at Saleck, and in 1617 pastor at Skeuditz. In 1625 he went to Freiburg, and died in 1654. He wrote, Apodixis Messiae: — Pussie Secundum Quattuor Evangelistas-Meditat. Septem Verborum Christi in Cruce: — Anti-Christus Orientaliis.
