Hanlein, Heinrich Carl Alexander von
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
or a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Anspach, July 11, 1762. He studied at Erlangen and Gottingen was in 1788 professor of theology at Erlangen, in 1808 a member of consistory at Munich, in 1818 director of the Protestant superior consistory, and died at Esslihgen, May 15, 1829. He wrote, Observationes ad loca Quaedam Vet. Test.
